

Our Process
In an effort to simply things a bit for ease of understanding and to minimize any misleading information about us or our process, whether it's your first time or if it's been awhile... ​

We accept orders in person and over the phone starting at 2 PM Wednesday through Friday. Upon placing your order we will reserve your dough and schedule your order into a time slot when it will be ready for pick up.​

You can request a time slot for as soon as possible or for anytime throughout the evening, based on our remaining availability.​

Please be prepared with your entire order when calling, our menu is available here for your convenience.

We currently accept pre-orders for Wednesdays + Thursdays, up to a week in advance. We do not accept pre-orders for Fridays.

Lastly, if the dough's fermentation does not meet our standards, we will not open to sell it. We do our best to make that decision in a timely manner (sometimes the decision is last minute) but we make any notifications of hour changes or closings on social media. We appreciate your understanding of our commitment to quality over quantity and are grateful for the opportunity to be slinging pies and tossing salads for you and your families to enjoy!
